In partnership with Gemscott and Kāinga Ora, the Alexander Crescent development in Ōtara began in late 2023 and features 57 thoughtfully designed residential units and a communal space. This project was created to deliver high-quality, warm, and dry homes while addressing the community’s housing needs and fostering growth in the area. Completed and handed over to our clients in October 2024, this development stands as a testament to our commitment to building better futures.
