Main contracting for Gemscott and in collaboration with Kāinga Ora, 74 Alexander Crescent, Otara commenced at the end of 2023 and consists of 57 residential units & 1 communal room. The development aims to provide quality housing solutions, contributing to the community's growth and addressing the housing needs in the area. We are on course to complete this project by late 2024.
