Main contracting for Gemscott & in collaboration with Kāinga Ora, this 4962m2 site consisted of 31 units in Papatoetoe was completed in June 2022.

This volume site features 31 terraced properties ranging from 2-3 bedroom terraces with 4 walk-up apartments, including disabled access units & a community room. We built to KO specifications on all features and we are really proud of the timescale & quality of the builds.
