Main contracting for Gemscott & in collaboration with Kāinga Ora, this development on the corner of Clarke Road & King Street comprises of 8 units on stage 1 with a further 14 units in Stage 2 which was completed in March 2025.
Clark is our first build in Northland and we're excited to build on new relationships with the community including local Iwi and businesses.
