Mangakahia
Situated in Kaikohe, Northland, the Mangakahia Road development is a 13-unit project delivered for our clients Gemscott in partnership with Ngāpuhi. Construction commenced in November 2024 on a 2,600m² site, featuring a mix of two- and three-bedroom single-level homes.
This project is designed to provide warm, modern housing while fostering community growth and supporting the local partnership with Ngāpuhi. It stands as a reflection of our dedication to delivering quality developments that meet the needs of both our clients and the wider community.
