We built two high spec properties on a 690 M/2 site in Sunnyhills, which was completed late 2021.

Both properties had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with ample outside area for hosting. We were really happy with how the build went even during the covid disruptions in 2021. You can see from the plans that we have executed the design to a high level which we are very proud of.
