Built in partnership with Latham Construction, Stage One of Metlifecare’s newest Villa Precinct at their Pohutukawa Landing complex was completed in 2021.

This stage featured 32 highly sought-after and spacious Independent Living Villas with either 2 or 3 bedrooms, including some with a study. Ranging from 110m2 to 142m2, all of the Villas have an internal access garage and a spacious outdoor area.
The modern designer kitchen is fitted with a smartstone benchtop and soft-closing cabinetry and each villa features a bathroom with state of the art skylights, slip resistant tiles and underfloor heating.

The villas are part of a larger complex with village greens, care and amenity buildings which we are also building. Future stages of villas are currently underway with stages 1B & 1C nearing completion in 2022
