We’re Taylor Construction — an award‑winning team specialising in multi‑residential builds across the country.
We deliver high‑quality homes — terraces, duplexes, standalone houses and multi‑storey apartments — for iwi partners, Kāinga Ora, community housing providers and the private market. To date we’ve delivered 250+ homes for Kāinga Ora and community housing partners combined, alongside numerous private and iwi projects across Auckland, Northland and the wider North Island.

You’ll get an engaged, accessible team who take a hands‑on approach, combining local site expertise with national capability through our central programme management, regional project leads and trusted subcontractor networks.
